Course Information
Before applying for a course, please review the Code of Discipline.
All courses are conducted by assistant teachers of S.N. Goenka using audio recordings of Mr. Goenka's instructions and discourses in English. On bilingual courses, a translation is broadcast in the Chinese dialect indicated for the discourses and instructions. Please contact the centres to see if evening discourses are also available in other dialects. The teachers will speak in Chinese, or an interpreter will be available to assist.
All ten day courses begin the evening of the first day and end early morning of the last day.
